Rubio Mechanical is a family-owned HVAC contracting business, founded in 2007 with the aim of solving our customers’ heating, cooling and indoor air quality issues. We install and service all brands of furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning as well as water heaters and peripherals such as humidifiers and electronic air cleaners. This past year we have also added whole home generator installation and servicing.

Licensed in VA, MD, and DC, we are proud to serve our residential and commercial customers with care and offer ‘honest service at fair prices’. This means informing the customer of when it’s best to repair and when it’s best to replace.

Fast, friendly and affordable. I had them install an in-line heater/fan called a Hotpod and really glad they did and not me. The tech was respectful of my house - he had to work in the crawl space the entire time - and brushed off his clothes and removed his shoes. I've worked with Rubio Mechanical twice now. Both times have gone well - especially this last visit. This last visit I had Juan come out for annual maintenance on my HVAC unit. $360annual DC - VA/MD = $295

2 preventative maintenance visits per year, one in the fall and one in the spring.

Free labor for many repairs (ask for details).

Prices are per HVAC system. A system would include the furnace and the AC together.

Bronze Maintenance Agreement
